Well Rich and I went for the KFC missed all the fuss that Kris mentioned in his last post. The meal however was fabulous! 10 pieces plus 4 hot wings and strips, and chips. I'm ready to burst!
#1 Audi lost 12 laps due to its unscheduled pit stop and appears to be lapping nearly 3 seconds a lap quicker than the lead car. Therefore we reckon if holds that this pace it will be back up to the lead lap in 40-45 laps.
Is there a chink in Audi's armour? They have #3 car in the pits again for a replacement nose and at the time of writing is down to P4. This is the second extended pitstop that Audi have suffered in as many hours. A saving grace for Audi, was the slightly longer than planned stop by Toyota. #8 required duct tape to the internal head rest.
Turning my attention to LMP2, Jota is now splitting the Oak Racing cars while Lotus is still struggling with just one car. We haven't been following LMP2 that closely so we'll try to do so over the next hour.
